STATEMENT OF FAITH
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who has no beginning nor end of time but came to the world in the flesh, born of a virgin. He became the one perfect sacrifice for the sins of all men; past, present and forever. That includes Adam, the first man, to the last man standing until the end of time.
Because of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, God’s wrath against all mankind was forever appeased. The sins of all people have been forgiven and the debt was paid for, when Jesus, on the cross, said, “It is finished.”
Eternal judgment of hell fire is only sentenced for unbelief but salvation is only granted to those who receive and believe in God's free gift of unmerited and unearned forgiveness, love and grace through their faith in the love act of Jesus' death and resurrection at the cross.
Under the new covenant that God made with mankind through the shed blood of Christ, their sins or good works are no longer the evidence for judgment or salvation. Grace does, however, guarantee fruit of the Spirit and good works as evidence of grace working in the believer’s life.
Now under this new and better covenant, God promises salvation, justification, love, righteousness, forgiveness, mercy, abundant living, heart transformation, healing, deliverance, prosperity, spiritual gifts, overcoming power and eternal security as a free gift of grace without merit or effort on the part of mankind. The only condition is to believe in God and the gift of his son, Jesus.
The death sentence and punishment Jesus bore satisfied the penalty required for every sinner that sins and every saint that falls short. By faith we believe that this act of love continuously, at all times in the present tense, acquits the sinner and saint from the just condemnation of Moses’ holy law.
God, as the Holy Spirit promises to bring life to the human spirit by living inside the spirit of every believer and to make known the full mind of Christ. The Holy Spirit becomes a guiding light, teacher and comforter to supernaturally empower the believer to live a successful, abundant and holy life. God also reveals himself through his Son, Jesus in a personal relationship with each believer. He promises to write new laws in the heart of the believer which can be lived out through the new born again spirit man.
Once a person accepts the free gift of grace and continues in that faith, they are forever free from all curses, guilt and condemnation which would normally be the result of breaking the law. Whenever a person feels guilty or condemned, they simply renew their mind and faith through the Word of God and believe that God loves them and his gift is irrevocable. That is why Jesus stands continually as an everlasting advocate before the Father in order to justify all accusations true or false throughout the believer’s life and to never keep record of sins nor impute punishment for them ever again. Instead, scripture reassures every believer that they can boldly declare their free gift of righteousness and the blessings that come with it without deserving it.
